Ozzy Osbourne Discography

Ozzy Osbourne is METAL. Just look at those album covers for the first Ozzy albums. METAL. Bark at the Moon? METAL Diary of a Madman? METALl Ozzy is the Prince of F***ing Darkness. Ozzy is an Icon. Ozzy ROCKS 4 LIFE. Also, he was the singer for the first and greatest heavy metal band of all time (Black F***ing Sabbath Discography). After they kicked him out for being an even bigger drug addict than they were, Ozzy just kept on releasing METAL albums that set the bar for 80's METAL.

The first five Ozzy Osbourne albums, just like the first five Black Sabbath albums, are absolutely essential. Anything from No More Tears album on, you can pretty much forget about. Like Black Sabbath, Ozzy released has such classic albums that he gets a free pass on every bad one.

Black Sabbath Discography

Heavy Metal begins with BLACK SABBATH.

LESSON ONE
Black Sabbath Black Sabbath Self TitledBlack Sabbath (1970)
Your first album has to F***ing rule. It doesn't have to be your best, your sound doesn't have to be 100% perfected but it still has to F***ing rule.
------

LESSON TWO
Black Sabbath ParanoidBlack Sabbath Paranoid (1971)
If you can record two albums within six months of each other that are as good as Black Sabbath and Paranoid, then you will be a god of Metal too. I dare you.
------

LESSON THREE
Black Sabbath Master Of RealityBlack Sabbath Master Of Reality (1971)
Why stop at just inventing heavy metal? Smoke a lot of weed and invent Stoner Metal.
------

LESSON FOUR
Black Sabbath Vol 4Black Sabbath Vol 4 (1972)
It's okay to experiment and maybe even have a ballad, as long as at least half the album still Kicks Total F***ing Ass.
------

LESSON FIVE
Black Sabbath Sabbath Bloody SabbathBlack Sabbath Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (1973)
If you want to be Heavy Metal and not just regular Metal, then you have to release at least one album with a cover that will get it banned at Walmart.
------

LESSON SIX
Black Sabbath SabotageBlack Sabbath Sabotage (1975)
Still BETTER than your LAME ASS "Metal" band.
------

LESSON SEVEN
Black Sabbath Technical EcstasyBlack Sabbath Technical Ecstasy (1976, )
All Things Must Pass. Even with your Classic OG lineup still intact, whether you are the Beatles, the Rolling Stones or Black F***ING Sabbath, you will record a bad album.
